Inspection
Once on-site, our technicians will do a thorough check of the premises and especially the areas of water damage. Using advanced leak detection technology, we’ll identify the potential source of the water damage and work out the best way to proceed.
Water Removal
The most important step in water damage and flooding repair is to use the water pump as quickly as possible. We use heavy-duty machinery, pumps, and vacuums to get rid of all standing water. Water removal will prevent secondary water damage, mold growth, and other potential issues.
Drying
In most cases, just leaving the property to air out will not be enough to combat water damage. We use specialized dehumidifiers and air movers to get rid of most of the moisture in the air.
Sanitizing and Clean Up
Water damage promotes mold growth, so we use air scrubbers, fogging machines, and sanitizing sprays. If warranted, we may also discuss potential renovation work with you. Repairs may be as minor as replacing some drywall. If damage has been more extensive, you may need some remodeling or reconstruction.
